BERLIN (Reuters) - Parce qu'il n'avait pas le courage d'organiser les obsèques, un Allemand a laissé sa mère clouée dans son fauteuil préféré deux ans après sa mort.
Selon la police de Fürtsenfeldbruck, dans le Sud, la vieille dame était décédée de mort naturelle sur ce siège en juillet 2005 à l'âge de 92 ans.
Le médecin appelé à son chevet a immédiatement délivré un certificat de décès en bonne et due forme au fils, qui n'a pas notifié la mort de sa mère aux autorités.
Ce sont des voisins qui ont récemment alerté la police à propos de la présence du corps sans vie de la vieille dame.
Aux policiers, le fils a affirmé n'avoir pas eu le courage de transporter le corps et n'être jamais entré depuis dans la pièce de la défunte.
Un enquête a été ouverte pour violation de la législation sur l'inhumation des défunts.
